Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or through our official booking portal.
  • A valid contact number and ID proof are required at the time of check-in.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment is received (partially or in full, as applicable).

2. Payment Terms
  • A minimum advance of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before or upon check-in.
  • Accepted modes of payment: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or card (where applicable).

3. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date: 100% refund of the advance.
  • Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the booking date: 50% refund of the advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date: No refund of the advance.

4. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive by the agreed check-in time and no prior notice is given, the booking will be considered a “no-show” and the full advance will be forfeited.


5. Rescheduling

Guests may request to reschedule their booking at least 3 days in advance. Approval is subject to availability and management discretion. Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking.


6. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
  • Any transaction or bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
