Welcome to Xingu Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Xingu Technologies,” “we,” “our,” “us”), a registered company based in Imphal, Manipur, India. We also operate Xingu Park & Resort, a hospitality and recreation venture under our management.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include:

  • Hospitality & Recreation: Park entry, events, accommodation, and recreational activities at Xingu Park & Resort.

    • Our website is intended for informational and booking purposes only.
    • You agree not to misuse the website, including hacking, unauthorized access, or spamming.
    • We reserve the right to modify or update website content without prior notice.

    4. Orders & Bookings
    • Park & Resort: All bookings must be made via our official booking page or authorized agents. You must provide accurate personal and payment information at the time of booking or purchase.

    5. Pricing & Payment
    • All prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed.
    • Payments for park bookings can be made via secure payment gateway (Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, etc.).
    • We do not store your card or banking details.
    • Payment is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of a successful transaction confirmation.

    6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Park & Resort: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled visit for a refund. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
    • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 15 working days.

    7. Privacy
    • We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
    • Data is stored securely and shared only when legally required or to fulfill service obligations (e.g., delivery or booking confirmations).
    • We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

    8. Liability
    • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or visits to our park.
    • For park visits, guests participate in activities at their own risk.
